7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Luxe Handmade Copper is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
  • Address Changes: If you need to make any changes to your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is dispatched.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
